For stays of 14 nights or longer, a refundable security deposit of 5,000 THB (or USD 200) is required.The deposit can be paid in cash upon arrival or via Airbnb and may be used to cover utility charges.

🛏 Extra Bedding

If more than 2 guests are staying or the sofa bed is used, an additional bedding and towel set is available for 500 THB per week.
